Water to Teachers

Monday, March 22nd

We will meet at Barbara Walker Elementary School in Heartland at 10:00 am.  We will pass out bottled water to the teachers in the Crandall school district.  Come join us as we serve our school district.

Heartland Eggstravaganza

Saturday, March 27th

We will be serving the Heartland community and guests at the annual Eggstravaganza by volunteering at the Easter Egg Hunt and races.  Come join us as we serve the community or simply come and enjoy the festivities!  Registration begins at 9:30 am at the Heartland soccer fields.

C3 Weekend

April 9th - 11th

This will be a focused weekend of disciple-making and serving for the students of Vista Church.  Our goal is to get the whole church involved in this weekend.  If you are interested in providing meals, serving at Mission Arlington on Saturday morning, or being a part of the discipleship times, then email us at info@thisisvista.com.

Hoops for Haiti

Saturday, May 8th

We will be hosting a 3-on-3 basketball tournament for players aged 13-18 at the Forney Sports Center.  All the proceeds will go to the American Red Cross’ Haiti Fund.  For more information on this event or to register a team, then contact Brett Megrue at bmegrue@yahoo.com.

Heartland Spring Splash

Saturday, May 22nd

We will be serving at the unofficial opening of the Heartland pool party known as the Spring Splash.  If you would like to serve the community by helping with our bounce house, serving food, registration and various other tasks, then email us at info@thisisvista.com.

Army of One Preteen Camp 2010

June 7th - 11th

Come have a blast at summer camp with the children of Vista Church and other Dallas area churches at Mt. Lebanon Baptist Camp in Cedar Hill, TX.  This camp is for those kids who have completed grades 3-6.  For details on how to register your child for this great week, contact Kathy Cox at kathycox2@hotmail.com.  The deadline for registration is May 1st so don’t delay!

Nigeria Trip

September 8th - 17th
